Without making the rope peform under stress or in knots.I made this stand to ‘display’ the rope so i didnt need to tie, weave or braid it. Instead it is coiled into seven spirals that look like they are continious.This is named after the world serpent Ouroboros. But also thinking about whakapapa contained in the takarangi form.
